Q. What are your office hours?


Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4 PM. Home cleaning services are not offered on evenings, weekends and Statutory holidays. 


Q. Are you insured?


We are licensed, bonded and insured and have full WCB coverage.  All our staff have current police clearance checks to ensure that your property (s) are safe and secure. 


Q. Do I need to have any cleaning products or equipment?


When we arrive at your property, we come equipped with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products where ever possible.


Q.  What happens if I need to cancel my service?


We ask that you notify us of the cancellation by 10:00am the business day prior to your scheduled clean. This will allow us time to make changes to our schedule.  Cancellations made after 10:00am the business day prior to your scheduled clean will result in a $30.00 cancellation charge.


Q. What type of payment do you accept & when is payment due?


We accept cash payment only, prior to your scheduled clean. We asked that the payment be left in a sealed envelope, in a designated area. If we arrive to clean your home and there is no payment waiting for us, we will not perform your scheduled clean.
